America’s favorite credit card is AmEx

American Express has become the credit card of choice in the US for the fourth year in a row.

AmEx has received a customer satisfaction rating of 769 out of 1,000, taking it 55 points higher than the industry average.

Discover Card was the second highest rated issuer, with a score of 757.

The lowest ranked issuer this year was HSBC, with 686 points, followed by Citi Cards and Capital One, with scores of 692 and 699 respectively.

According to banking experts, AmEx was singled out due to its customers being satisfied with the benefits and rewards of the card.

Customers were also happy with the company’s customer service and the ease of using the American Express web site.
