What makes an athlete stand out? Is it muscles and bravado? Is it their dedication to their path forward? Is it a huge social media following?

It's some of that, sure. You can make an amazing athlete out of training alone, but building a career isn't as simple. Wrestlers like Dylan Bostic understand that you have to bring personality to really impress an audience. It's all about stage presence.

To understand the charming wrestler, you first need to understand the art of stage presence - the kind built from beating the odds, going after what you want over and over, and knowing when to apply pressure. There's an art to mastering stages, whether it's the wrestling ring, the boxing ring, a set, or just the space in front of a camera phone.

As he transitions from wrestling to professional boxing, it feels like it's all in the momentum. The many stages that Dylan has mastered and traveled set him apart, and now he's set to add one more: professional boxing rings.

Dylan Bostic the Wrestler

Dylan knows wrestling. He's been at it since he was 15, learning under legendary trainer Rip Rogers, and hasn't slowed down since. He gained skills that not only helped him break into wrestling but helped teach him the art and athleticism of combat sports. He's wrestled for ICW, OVW, and NSPW, traveling over North America and making a name for himself.

It wasn't always smooth sailing. On his WWE tryouts, Dylan says, "I've had many ups and downs in my career. Getting told "no" by WWE after multiple tryouts that went great, in my opinion, hurts, but I had to keep working." That's exactly what he did. Over the years, he's won several championships throughout the United States and Canada.

As Dylan transitions into boxing, he makes it clear that wrestling was the stage that molded him into what he is. The fans that support him are in for a remarkable transformation.

"Wrestling is in a great position, and so is boxing," Dylan states. "Both industries have a lot of new viewers, and both are booming. I'm looking to make all of the wrestling fans proud of my pro boxing debut."

Dylan Bostic the Boxer

Boxing is the logical next step for someone who loves combat sports but wants a change of pace. As Dylan shifts from wrestling to professional boxing, he has a huge advantage: he understands the stage and fighting, whether it be the audience surrounding it or the opponent inside it.

As with wrestling, Dylan makes sure he learns from the best by training under retired pro boxer Cedric "Ced" Johnson. It sees him back in Indiana under the wing of CBA Promotions.

What's Next for Dylan Bostic?

Dylan's ambitions don't stop at boxing and wrestling - Dylan also filmed his first movie, Pursuit Of Freedom, in 2021. The next five years for Dylan Bostic are all about success, but that's always the case. There's no need to define the parameters. From stage to stage, ring to ring, and act to act, Dylan Bostic has mastered the art of building his career in ways he can be proud of.

"In five years, I will be on the top of the wrestling game and boxing!" And who would ever argue with results like his? From stage to stage, Dylan Bostic has proven that he knows his way to success.

Dylan Bostic is a professional wrestler and boxer based out of Indiana. He was born in Indianapolis, IN, on November 15th, 1991, and was trained as a wrestler by the legendary wrestling coach Rip Rogers. His professional wrestling debut was in Shelbyville, IN, for New Era Wrestling on June 16th in 2007. Dylan will make his professional boxing debut this summer.
