The Ravens converted 25 percent of their third downs on Sunday

The Browns fell to the Ravens 41-17 in their second game of the season at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore on Sept. 14.
While the Browns' defense kept Ravens QB Lamar Jackson under 300 yards, he threw three passing touchdowns in the second half to pull away. The Browns were down 10-3 after halftime, but the Ravens outscored Cleveland 31-14 in the second half to prevent the Browns from coming back.
Here are 10 key numbers from the Browns' Week 2 loss against the Ravens.
0 - The number of takeaways the Browns defense had against the Ravens. After emphasizing the need to create turnovers this season and get extra possessions for their offense, the Browns were again held without a takeaway. The Browns came close to their first takeaway of the season in the second quarter. CBCameron Mitchellpunched the ball out of RB Derrick Henry's hands but Baltimore recovered the fumble.
2.1 The average number of yards Henry gained per run against the Browns. Henry finished with 23 rushing yards, his lowest rushing output since Dec. 17, 2023.
3 The number of third-down conversions the Ravens had against Cleveland. The Browns held Baltimore to 3-for-12 on third-down conversions, or just 25 percent of their third downs. Baltimore converted one third down on each of their first two possessions before not converting another third down until there was 1:21 left in the third quarter.
5 - The number of completions QBJoe Flaccohad that went more than 10 yards through the air, according to NFL Next Gen Stats. While Flacco was able to find his receivers past the first down marker on 20 percent of his completions, the Ravens' defense forced him to look between the sticks and the lane of scrimmage.
8 The number of yards of QBDillon Gabrieland RBDylan Sampson's first touchdown in the NFL. On the second play after the two-minute warning in the fourth quarter, Gabriel floated a ball to Sampson in the end zone, resulting in both players' first career touchdowns.
14 The number of Ravens points off turnovers. In the third quarter, Flacco threw a pick to Ravens CB Nate Wiggins, which he returned to the Browns' 5-yard line. After the Ravens were held out of the end zone for the first three plays, Baltimore scored on fourth down. Then, with 8:33 left in the game, Flacco was sacked and fumbled the ball, which Ravens LB Roquan Smith picked up and returned it 63 yards for a touchdown.
18 - The yardage on WRCedric Tillman's second touchdown of the season. With the Browns facing fourth-and-3, Flacco stayed calm in the pocket and fired a pass to the end zone. After it tipped off Ravens CB Marlon Humphrey's hands, Tillman positioned himself to both catch the ball and stay in bounds, bringing the Ravens' lead down to 10 points.
30 How many consecutive games the Browns have gone without allowing a 300-yard passer, the longest active streak in the NFL. Jackson was held to 225 passing yards, extending the Browns' streak after holding Bengals QB Joe Burrow to 113 passing yards in Week 1.
31 The number of yards on RBQuinshon Judkins's longest run in his debut. With 4:43 left in the game, Judkins broke through a gap created by TCornelius Lucasand GJoel Bitonio. He broke tackles from four defenders and dragged a trailing defender to the Baltimore 34-yard line.
48The number of receiving yards TEHarold Fannin Jr.had in Week 2. Fannin followed up a seven-reception, 63-yard game against the Bengals with a five-reception, 48-yard game against the Ravens. Fannin's 12 receptions are tied for the second-most in NFL history for a rookie tight end through the first two weeks of the season, trailing Raiders TE Brock Bowers' 15 receptions in 2024.
